Simply head to the designated pickup point when you're ready. The shuttle service operates regularly, so you’ll be collected as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel your booking, please create a support ticket with our Customer Service Team, email us at info@manchesterparkandrides.co.uk during office hours (9 AM - 5 PM). Please note that cancellations can only be processed during office hours and are subject to our notice periods, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Cancellation is not applicable to Non-Cancellable and/or Non-Amendable products.
